Wife and I stopped by today on a Saturday in the middle of June after seeing that your website, Google, and Yelp all showed that you were open, only to find the doors locked with no notice posted. While we were there, we watched several other families and couples arrive expecting you to be open and leave disappointed. We just wanted to suggest updating your website and online listings to show that you’re temporarily closed when events or other situations come up. Most visitors and tourists rely on those sources for accurate hours and would not think to search through Facebook for updates that are catered towards locals. Thank you!
Great food, cozy atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. The owner, Kim Soo, was incredibly kind and even surprised us with dessert on the house, which made our visit extra special. Jill provided attentive, friendly service and went out of her way to help us. Highly recommend stopping by for a warm, welcoming experience.
Went to Riptide on Sunday evening early, it was hopping with a band and lots of dancing and good energy. We sat to eat and I ordered half of a Truffle Pizza. It was the best pizza , i know everyone has their own favorite pizza. Riptide is mine now. Can’t wait to take the family to try a few pizzas . Also had Fish and Chips and it was fresh and fries were great. Great drinks and great friendly service
We got the nachos and they were fantastic! The bean and corn mix that they call “rip caviar” was delicious and we could have just eaten it with a spoon. I got a double Rip Burger with bacon and was not disappointed! I’m usually a rare burger guy and smash burgers aren’t really my thing but this burger was worth it! The fries were thin, crispy and well seasoned! The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back soon!
A close friend of mine and i went to plum island beach and were looking for a place to eat and had found this place online & when i tell you it was delicious, everything was amazing. We started off with some nachos which were so warm and crunchy and even after eating our entrees we still kept chipping away at the nachos. I got fried shrimp and truffle fries which also was 10/10, and to top it off our server was super sweet. If you’re looking for a place to eat after a beach day, this is where to go!!
Shout out to RipTide for an awesome event! We rented their dining room for a party and it was spectacular! Food and drinks were great, rate was reasonable and staff were amazing! If you are looking for a place to rent for a party or just a great place for dinner, I highly recommend!
Was visiting Plum Island Beach and stopped for dinner. They are open late but the kitchen closes earlier. Luckily we got there 20 min before the kitchen closed because we were starving. Food was excellent. Best on the island. Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the live music too.
I went with my entire family (10 people) and no one left unsatisfied. The only things better than the casual and relaxed atmosphere is the amazing food on the menu. We were able to try every part of the menu; the fried calamari, steak tips, fish and chips, rip burger, spicy chicken sandwich, and rhythm chopped salad. Everyone was passing plates around because no one could decide what the best dish was. A great spot for locals to come and have a night out and a must stop for tourists looking for a quick bite near the beach. Couldn’t recommend this place high enough, will definitely be coming back!
Super friendly and helpful staff! Best buffalo sauce I’ve had in a long time (it was actually spicy!) I went on a night where they had live music. Fun, party, beach vibe. It can be hectic when a restaurant gets busy as live music starts and the rush comes in, but my service was flawless!
Had an incredible dinner here tonight! The poke nachos were outstanding, the wonton chips were so light and delicious and there was a perfect balance of the two sauces. The service was also excellent. Our server was attentive, checked in on us, and answered all of our questions. We felt so well taken care of.
